By accessing or using Social Video Uploader ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Social Video Uploader is an automated tool that uploads gaming video clips from cloud storage (MinIO) to social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X. The Service runs as a scheduled process and uses platform APIs to publish content on your behalf.

3. User Accounts and API Access

To use the Service, you must:

• Have valid accounts on the social media platforms you wish to upload to.
• Authorize the Service to access your accounts via OAuth 2.0 or API credentials.
• Ensure your content complies with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials and tokens.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the video content you upload through the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to upload and publish the content on the selected platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
• Upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Spam or abuse social media platform APIs.
• Circumvent rate limits or terms of service of connected platforms.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Uploads may fail due to API changes, rate limits, network issues, or platform outages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, account suspension, or failed uploads.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, MinIO). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking API access on the connected platforms.
